Postcards From Kentucky: Intergenerate Conference 2025
Seasoned tater tots and other American adventures
My apologies for being a bit quiet the last couple of weeks on posting new or archived content. Truth is, I was having too much fun at Intergenerate 2025, attending paper presentations, catching up with international friends, all whilst battling the inevitable jet lag that comes from the 20+ hour flight across the Pacific.
In the coming weeks, I will write more about the conference, my own paper presentation on collective memory, and some of the other adventures that I had along the way.
In the meantime, you can hear a wrap-up of my trip with
and Brayden Wall on a special Shock Absorber/Chip Lunch crossover episode. We chat about
Why seasoned tater tots are the superior potato side to a burger
Which Hot Wheel cars define our personalities
The way collective memory shapes our present and future
How The Chip Lunch podcast provides generative moments for our church
Why Noah’s Ark ended up in the middle of Kentucky
